Your cycle belongs on your calendar

Simone turns your cycle into a simple green, yellow, or red signal on the calendar you already use, so you can see at a glance how you might feel before you make plans.

No extra app to check. No cycle phases to decode. Just a little more insight into the days ahead.

$0.99, annually. No monthly subscription.

A calendar month with each day marked green, yellow, or red to signal predicted energy, plus a diamond marking the predicted period start.

TRACKING VS. PLANNING

Tracking your cycle isn't the same as planning with it.

We're guessing you probably don't check your cycle-tracking app before scheduling a big meeting, booking a trip, buying concert tickets, or saying yes to a packed weekend. Most of us make those decisions while looking only at our availability.

74%

of women we surveyed have scheduled something important — only to realize later it fell on a day they didn't feel their best.

62%

don't consider their cycle at all when planning their calendar.

Cycle apps are built for tracking. Calendars are built for planning. Simone connects the two — so when you're looking at next week and planning leg day, a big presentation, dinner out, or nothing at all, you have one more piece of information to help you decide.

A simple signal to make planning easy.

Nearly half of women we surveyed don't really know what "follicular" or "luteal" means — and they shouldn't have to. You don't need to memorize cycle phases to make your cycle information useful. Simone translates predicted cycle timing into three simple signals on your calendar.

Green

A time in your cycle when you may experience higher energy, motivation, or capacity.

"Simone says go!"

Yellow

A time when your energy and capacity may begin to shift or feel more variable.

"Simone says slow."

Red

A time when you may experience lower energy, physical symptoms, or a greater need for rest.

"Simone says lay low."

Each color maps to a menstrual cycle phase and the typical physiological and symptom patterns associated with it. A diamond marks your predicted period start date. Everyone experiences their cycle differently — Simone's signals are designed to build awareness, not predict exactly how you'll feel.

Taking "know before you go" to a whole new level.

Your calendar is where you make decisions about your life. When your cycle is visible alongside those decisions, you have more information to work with.

  • Plan important moments with greater awareness.
  • Know what's coming before you commit.
  • Make room when you may need it.
  • Make the most of days when you may have more capacity.

No extra dashboard. No cycle-phase vocabulary lesson. Just useful information, right where you're already planning your days, weeks, and months.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

It started with concert tickets.

I bought concert tickets weeks in advance. When the night finally arrived, I felt like crap and didn't want to go. Cue the feelings of guilt for the money I had already spent — I stayed home.

I scheduled a second-round interview I was excited for. I woke up feeling foggy and like I couldn't focus. Several times in the interview, I lost track of what I was saying and left it feeling disappointed. Why couldn't I get it together? What was wrong with me?

Then, I remembered to check my cycle tracker. It all made sense — but a little too late for both my tickets and my interview. My frustration sparked a simple question: what if my cycle information was already there when I was making plans?

I brought the idea to the people I hold the closest: my wife, Lauren, my brother, Taylor, and sister-in-law, Megan, and together we started building Simone — a simple way to bring the cycle information you already have into the calendar you already use.

Sometimes better planning doesn't require more information. It just requires the right information at the right time. I hope Simone changes your life the way it's changed mine.

This is bigger than a calendar.

Understanding your body shouldn't be a privilege — and neither should the resources that come with it. As Simone grows, our goal is to share a portion of our profits with organizations already advancing menstrual health and equity, and to build real partnerships with the people doing that work.

See your cycle. Plan accordingly.

No monthly subscription. No complicated setup. No new system to learn. Just a simple way to see your cycle where you plan your life. $0.99, annually.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked.

Do I need to download another app?

No. Simone creates a personalized calendar that you add to the calendar you already use, so all your data shows up in the same place.

How does Simone know where I am in my cycle?

You can enter your last period start date and typical cycle length, and for improved prediction over time, continue to input your start dates as they occur.

Does Simone predict exactly how I'll feel?

No. Everyone experiences their cycle differently. Simone provides a simple visual indication based on predicted cycle timing and general patterns associated with different phases of the cycle.

Will other people see my cycle information?

No. Simply adding Simone to your Google Calendar does not make your cycle information visible to people who can see your primary calendar.

Simone appears as a separate calendar alongside your existing calendars. Google Calendar sharing permissions are set for each calendar individually, so someone who has access to your primary calendar will not automatically have access to Simone.

You're in control of who can see your Simone calendar and cycle information. If you choose to share it with someone, you can. Otherwise, it stays private.

Which calendars can I use?

You can add Simone to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar services that support subscribing to a calendar by URL or importing an .ics calendar.
